Shipping & Delivery Information

At Aura Tan, we're committed to providing fast,reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible . Please see below our delivery options and estimated time frames:

UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping (Free on order over £10) – Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (£5) – Fully tracked and insured next-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time.

International Shipping (EU)

• Standard Shipping (£10) - Orders will be delivered within 2-11 business days, depending on the destination country.

Processing Times

• Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

• If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
• All standard UK and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country. 
• Aura Tan is not liable for any additional charges that may occur during import.

Delivery Issues

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2 business days before contacting us, as postal delays can occasionally occur.
