Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.65 and is free on qualifying orders over £19.50 after discounts. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days.
Next-business-day delivery costs £4.65. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Europe & Ireland
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days, depending on your destination. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
Standard shipping costs €9.99 for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
Ireland’s standard shipping charge is based on £9.99 GBP. Your checkout displays the final charge in the checkout currency.
Other European and nearby destinations have destination-specific rates. Please check availability and the final price at checkout.
United States
International Economy costs US$9.99. Standard Shipping costs US$14.99 and is free on qualifying orders of US$99 or more.
Canada
International Economy costs C$9.99. Standard Shipping costs C$14.99 and is free on qualifying orders of C$99 or more.
Australia & other international destinations
Available services and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and service. A country appearing in our country selector does not guarantee that every address or product is eligible for delivery.
Free-delivery offers
Our free-standard-delivery offer on orders over £19.50 applies to UK orders only, based on the order subtotal after discounts. If a discount reduces your subtotal to £19.50 or less, standard delivery costs £3.65. It does not automatically apply to EU or international orders, including bundles. Any destination-specific free-delivery offer will be shown at checkout.
Processing & tracking
Orders are usually processed within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed the next business day.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & import charges
International orders may incur import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling or clearance fees.
Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included or collected, you are responsible for charges requested by the carrier or local authorities. A tax-inclusive product price does not necessarily mean destination import charges are prepaid.
Delivery help
Delivery dates are estimates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email info@auratan.co.uk with your order number.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
