At Aura Tan, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you need to return a product, please take a moment to review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Please contact us before sending anything back.

  • Returns must be arranged and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Items We Cannot Accept

Due to hygiene standards for tanning and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@auratan.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. When we receive your return and confirm it meets our criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Refunds 

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received and inspected.

  • All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
